Appointment Confirmation Process
After you’ve paid online, confirmation from bank is awaited.
Usually, this takes approx. 15 minutes.
Then, you will be called on the number you’ve provided.
Else, you may call +91-9717-402-402 or email info@cimbs.in to confirm Appointment Time.
That’s it! At given time of appointment, you can avail the service.
Steps for Availing Video Appointment
1. A Link Will be Provided to You
Click the link provided by the Appointment Desk.
- Android users: Use Google Chrome.
- iPhone users: Use Safari browser.
2. Enter Details
Enter details (such as patient name) and click Continue.
3. Grant Permission
Grant permission to your Mic and Camera; follow on-screen instructions.
4. ‘Knock’ and Wait
Click ‘Knock’ and wait to enter the video-consultation room.
Note:
- You may deposit payment for a single or multiple sessions.
- Appointment Time is indicative.
- Actual time shall vary depending on patients prior to you.
- Typically, appointment slots are of 10 minutes.
- Therapy slots may be longer, depending on therapy.
- For a longer consultation, multiple slots may be booked.
